Ari Lennox, Dreamville & DJ Drama – Blackberry Sap

Ari Lennox makes a triumphant return on Dreamville’s “D-Day: A Gangsta Grillz Mixtape.”

For some time there, it appeared like Shea Butter Baby hitmaker Ari Lennox might be resigning from the music business, yet after she conveyed two inconceivable tracks on Dreamville and DJ Drama’s unexpected D-Day: A Gangsta Grillz Mixtape, fans are undeniably less stressed over the R&B performer.

The Washington, D.C-conceived star loaned her abilities to “Descending,” which was delivered by DZL and Wu, and our undisputed top choice, “Blackberry Sap,” which flaunts creation by J White, and was designed by the late Owen Modamwen.

“Love you all!!! Dramatization such a legend,” the “Strain” recording craftsman wrote in a new Instagram post advancing the aggregation collection. “What a distinction to be on this wonderful tape. Dreamville you mean the world.”

Assuming you really love Ari Lennox, you’ll be glad to know that she’s been working diligently on her sophomore collection, and, surprisingly, prodded an extended tracklist half a month back – read more about that here, and stream “Blackberry Sap” beneath.

Blame me
Blame it on me

I wanna feel it rain on me
Serve this like that
Black, blackberry sap
Drippin’ all down your neck
