“Heaux Tales” was named NPR Music’s Album of the Year last month.
The primary commemoration of Heaux Tales has 34-year-old Jazmine Sullivan feeling intelligent. On Saturday, January eighth, the 14-track project praised its first birthday celebration – only weeks before we’ll see whether the collection won the Philadelphia-conceived R&B star a Grammy or not.
“I’m past appreciative for how all of you got this undertaking,” she told her adherents in a new Instagram post. “It’s been a remarkable year yet realize we aren’t done at this point. More to come. HBD Heauxs.”
While “Get Your Feelings” sees the singer go performance, she caught highlights from unbelievable abilities like Ari Lennox on “Ari’s Tale” and “On It,” Anderson .Paak on “Sticker prices,” and H.E.R. on “Young lady Like Me.”
