Troy Ave spits some mafioso bars over a cinematic and gritty instrumental on new single “Wrangler With The Top Off.”

A couple of days prior, Troy Ave got back with one more new look at his impending venture New York City: The Album 2, this time dropping off “Wrangler With The Top Off.” Featuring an instrumental that is firmly NYC, suggestive of that exemplary period of Big Apple mafioso rap, Troy Ave kicks a few intelligent bars over a true to life string test.

“Risky personalities in addition to hazardous times, approaches a large portion of the toils being powered by wrongdoing,” he notices. “I’m not honest, but rather I’m not the sort, searching for issues that I find, I menace menaces who can’t put that behind/you can’t see me, so it’s next/it resembles the clueless leaders and their even more clueless followers, candles pictures and Moët places of worship.” For the people who can see the value in Troy in his melodious sack, the contemplative “Wrangler With The Top Off” should be sufficient to fulfill. Also would it be advisable for it show the tone of his impending NYC: The Album 2, maybe we’ll be seeing his most expressively centered delivery up until this point.
